We offer daily classes for all levels, allowing students an opportunity to explore their practice at their own pace. Our community-focused studio welcomes yogis of all levels and life stages to collectively experience some of the oldest yoga traditions and more current flowing sequences of the Vinyassa style.
Our studio is designed for you to explore the shapes safely by providing alignment cues and offering several variations so that you can create movement that feels best in your body.
What To Expect at Glow Hot Yoga
Yoga is best known for its physical and mental health benefits, and even today it is one of the more popular types of exercise in the world.
What should I expect for my first class?
Arrival: Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your class starts in order to prepare and acclimate to the hot room. The studio will be locked as class begins and late arrivals will not be allowed entry.
Don’t forget: Yoga mat, towel, and water. If you happen to forget, we have mats and towels for rent. A bottle filler on site and electrolyte packs to keep you hydrated.
Where should I park?
We are located at 3807 S. Tuttle Ave., Sarasota, FL, 34239. Parking is available in front of the studio and behind. Overflow is available across the street.
Is it ok to eat before class?
We do not recommend that you eat a large meal before you take your class – it is more important that you are sufficiently hydrated! Give yourself a couple of hours after a meal to take your class!
What should I wear?
Comfortable wicking fabrics that promote flexibility, stay cool, prevent slipping and ensure comfort!
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely – bringing friends & family to class is encouraged!
How hot is hot?
The temperature will fluctuate between the different class options from the low 90’s to the low 100’s
