Classic Vibes 60 & 90
Looking for a traditional hot yoga class – these 60 & 90 minute versions will lead you thru the classic Bishnu Ghosh 26 asana routine with stimulating music to keep you focused & reduce the monotony. We believe that a well-rounded practice should incorporate this class at least once a week as a baseline to gauge the progress of your practice.

Fit & Flow - Lite
Explore this introductory option to our Fit & Flow series of classes with a better understanding of alignment principles and their importance for a healthy practice. This slower-paced class will set you up for success as you discover the ways to break down postures into their most basic forms and build from those foundations for a mindful & safe journey on & off of your mat!

Fit & Flow - Glow
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, the Glow class is a perfect fit for a steady burn aligning your body & mind with intention. Focusing attention on breath & movement connections – you’ll Namaste Your Way to a better understanding of form & functional postures.
